• Job description

  Appointments for maintenance and repairs are made by the inside sales department. Two Service technicians are currently working there, but due to growth in sales, there is room for a new colleague.

  Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment at customers' premises in the Benelux focus is on central Netherlands and the Randstad;
  • Testing and releasing (new) incoming equipment in the office;
  • Installing the equipment at the customer's premises;
  • Ensuring proper administrative handling of work;
  • Identifying sales opportunities with customers.

  You spend about 85% of the time on the road to customers and 15% of the time in the office.

• Offer
  • A completed mbo or hbo degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering combined with mechanical skills;
  • Experience as a field service engineer or you have the desire to work in the field;
  • Interested in laser technology, troubleshooting and maintenance;
  • You are in possession of driving licence B;
  • You speak good Dutch and know technical jargon in English;
  • You are willing to attend training abroad which will be reimbursed by the client (location Italy);

  The work requires good analytical skills. Clean and precise work is important with this sensitive equipment, as you will be working in hospitals and with doctors. Are you also socially and communicatively adept and do you have a healthy dose of eagerness to learn and problem-solve? Then this is the ideal position for you!

  The first interview will take place with the Operations Manager. If this is positive, this will be followed by a test day at the office. During this day, various tests will be conducted to get an impression of skills and learning speed. If the impression is positive, an employment interview will follow.
