You are the one who makes sure that everything is in the right place and on time - so that everything keeps running at full speed.

• Job description

  Within this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the delivery reliability of composite assembly items, towards our customers. A very important aspect within our logistics operations and crucial for our customers. You ensure that all products arrive at the right time so that other colleagues in your team can get to work on them!

  Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining production and purchase orders in our ERP system;
  • Confirm, schedule and follow up orders in the order book, with suppliers and the Warehouse;
  • Monitor, supervise and improve processes where necessary;
  • Monitoring and surveillance of internal KPIs;
  • Inform customer service colleagues of (delivery) problems in a timely manner.

  You are an important link within the department and the organisation, working closely with your colleagues from Customer Service, Warehousing and Sales. You will report to the Teamlead Kitting.

   

• Offer
  • Have at least an MBO/MBO+ working and thinking level and affinity with supply chain;
  • Initiative, goal-oriented and assertive;
  • Well-organised and accurate;
  • Experience of working in an ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics);
  • Available 40 hours per week (32 hours is negotiable);
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Your profile
  • Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will receive an attractive monthly salary in the range of €3,110 to €3,940 (based on the collective labour agreement for technical wholesale trade)
