  Within a high-tech chip factory, you will work in a cleanroom area as a troubleshooting technician solving complex technical failures as well as performing preventive maintenance on all kinds of high-tech installations with different production techniques, including lithography. You will be working in a gigantic leading factory in Europe, divided into several areas. A playground for technicians!

  To keep one of Europe's most important plants running smoothly, the Area Technician has a crucial role to play. Your main tasks/responsibilities here will be:

  • Visual inspection on a variety of high-tech equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve minor malfunctions
  • Perform corrective maintenance and analyse/resolve the most complex technical malfunctions
  • Identify/solve process improvements for plant stability
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments
  • Giving training to (new) colleagues
  • Together with your colleagues, ensuring a safe working environment

  • Completed education towards Physics, Technical Specialist Automotive, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance experience;
  • Starting college graduates with a hands-on attitude are welcome to apply;
  • Experience in all facets of troubleshooting (mechanical/electrical), troubleshooting, analysing technical problems and keying skills;
